Note: A list of frequently asked questions regarding the security features is also available.

Login Screen

The first step to activate the new security feature is to select a username.

To select your own username, click the link "No username? Click here"

The link launches an enrollment screen

Username Registration Screen

The enrollment screen requires you to enter your account number, access code (password), and a username.

The account number and access code must be correct to continue the registration process.

From now on, you will be required to use your username to access World Wide Branch home banking.

eStamp Selection

eStamp is a security feature that enables you to verify that you are communicating with the Credit Union, and not with a fraudulent site. From now on, whenever you log in to World Wide Branch, your personal eStamp will be displayed. It will be important to verify that the eStamp displayed is the image you had selected. If the image does not match, do not proceed. Notify the Credit Union if this occurs.

The eStamp selection screen is displayed as the second step of the new security process.

You will be asked to either accept the pre-selected image or select your own image by clicking on the provided link.

You will also be prompted to choose a phrase for the image, however this is optional.

You can choose your personal image from hundreds of unique images.

New Login Screen

Currently, the login screen displays a prompt to the user to enter both account number and password. Once you have registered with your username and selected your personal eStamp image, you will be presented with a new login process.

The sign on process will be split into two screens:

The first screen displays a prompt to enter the username instead of the account number.

The second screen displays the eStamp image you selected. After you verify the eStamp image is correct, you can enter your password information with confidence.

Challenge Questions Collection Screen

Approximately 15 - 30 days after you have selected a username, you will be required to complete the final phase of the new security feature.

The system will ask you to select three challenge questions. You can bypass this screen two times. The third time this screen is presented, you must complete the challenge questions.

The challenge question registration screen displays three drop down lists, each list contains 10 questions.

You must select 3 different questions and provide your answer to each question.

Challenge Questions Collection Confirmation Screen

The confirmation screen is designed to display the previously selected questions and answers to be verified before submission.

Once you have completed these steps, you will have an extra layer of security protecting your account at all times. A list of frequently asked questions regarding the security features is also available.
