E-Statements
If you are currently enrolled for E-Statements, simply log into your account through World Wide Branch, click History on the menu bar and choose the eStatement option.
If you would like to apply for E-Statements, log into your account through World Wide Branch and submit a message with your request for this service. Here are step by step instructions for doing so.
- Log into your account through World Wide Branch
- Click on Other Options on the menu bar
- Click Credit Union Message Board
- Click Leave Message
- Send a brief statement requesting that E-Statements be enabled on your account. Be sure to include the e-mail address that you wish your statement notification to be sent to.
Once your request is received, Communications Family Credit Union will send a verification e-mail to the address provided. Please be sure to respond to the e-mail you receive. Once your reply is received and processed, you will be able to view your statement online by clicking History on the menu bar and then choosing the eStatement option.
