END USER AGREEMENT

By choosing "I Accept", you, the member of Communications Family Credit Union, of Saginaw, Michigan, acknowledge that you have received and read the initial disclosures, documented below, governing the issuance of an electronic fund transfer (EFT) device World Wide Branchsm home banking system. The credit union is required (by Regulation E-Electronic Fund Transfers, issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System), to provide these disclosures to you.

Furthermore by choosing "I Accept", you are agreeing to accept the delivery of any future disclosure requirements electronically.

All future disclosure requirements may be obtained from our website at www.comfamcu.org.

REGULATION E DISCLOSURES ON ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS

By requesting Internet account access to the World Wide Branch System, you will be provided a secret Personal Identification Number (PIN). To access World Wide Branch, you must use the PIN from a personal computer.

These disclosures summarize your rights and responsibilities under the Federal and Michigan statutes relating to electronic fund transfers and Regulation E of the Federal Reserve Board. These disclosures apply when the electronic fund transfers are made by use of a personal computer or in any other manner. The terms of these disclosures are also part of this Agreement between you and us in regard to the making of electronic fund transfers using World Wide Branch and your PIN, including but not limited to the use of your account(s) after receipt of this disclosure.

In any such case, your use of the account(s) or your making of such transactions constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this disclosure and Agreement. In the case of joint accounts, all persons on the account accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, both jointly and severally.

Although your accounts may be subject to electronic fund transfers and this Agreement, you may continue to use the accounts in the same manner and to the same extent as in the past insofar as nonelectronic transactions are concerned.

THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS RELATE TO ALL "ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS" AFFECTING YOUR ACCOUNTS, WHEN MADE BY USE OF A PERSONAL COMPUTER OR OTHERWISE.

1. WORLD WIDE BRANCH USAGE: In order to assist the Credit Union in maintaining the security of your account the use of World Wide Branch may be revoked or canceled at any time without giving you prior notice. You agree not to use World Wide Branch for a transaction that would cause your account balance to go below zero, or that would go above any credit line, which may be attached to your account. The Credit Union will not be required to complete any such transaction, but if we do so, you agree to pay the Credit Union the amount of the improper withdrawal or transfer upon our request, together with any cost associated with such transaction. You also authorize us, in these cases, to apply from any other shares or accounts you may have in the Credit Union such amounts as may be necessary to pay this overdraft amount and applicable charges.

2. "ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER" SERVICES AVAILABLE: At the present time you can authorize the following types of "electronic fund transfers" to or from your account(s) in the Credit Union:

WORLD WIDE BRANCH: If we issue you a PIN, you can use it to make any and all of the following noncash "electronic fund transfers" utilizing World Wide Branch via a personal computer.

* Transfers between your Share, Checking, Christmas Club, Vacation Club account(s) and/or to other family member accounts.

* Transfers from your Share or Checking account(s) to your loan account(s) to make a loan payment.

* Transfer an advance from your, QWIK CHEK, Prestige, overdraft or Home Equity loan to your Share or Checking account(s).

* Make payments to vendors through the World Wide Branch Bill Payer service from your checking account.

In addition, you can use the PIN to make any and all of the following transactions (which are not "electronic fund transfers") utilizing World Wide Branch via a personal computer:

* Inquire of balances and available balances in your Share, Checking, High-Yield Deposit, Christmas Club, Vacation Club, IRA and/or Certificate of Deposit account(s).

* Inquire of loan balances, next loan payment due dates and amounts, and loan payoffs.

* Inquire if certain checks have cleared your Checking Account.

* View and/or print a history of your account(s).

3. LIMITATIONS ON USE: Preauthorized transfers from savings accounts are limited to three per calendar month for purposes of transferring funds to another account or for making a payment to a third party. The credit union is not considered a third party for the purposes of this limitation where the transfers are to repay loans or associated expenses.

4. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: World Wide Branch can only be used with your PIN which is used to identify you as an authorized user of World Wide Branch. Because the PIN is used for identification purposes, you agree to notify the Credit Union immediately if the secrecy of the PIN is compromised. You also agree not to reveal your PIN to any person not authorized by you to use World Wide Branch. The security of your account depends upon your maintaining the secrecy of your PIN.

5. MINIMUM BALANCE: You must always maintain a minimum of $5 in your primary Share account to be entitled to make "electronic fund transfers" affecting your account(s).

6. FEES: There may be a limitation on the number of withdrawals and/or inquires you are allowed each month. Fees may be charged for withdrawals, inquiries, and/or for PIN replacement. See the Fee Schedule posted on our website.

We reserve the right to change the fees for "electronic fund transfers". Presently, no fees are charged for World Wide Branch, but we reserve the right to charge such fees in the future. We will give you 30 days advance written notice before imposing such charges.

7. DOCUMENTATION OF "ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS": You will get a statement of each account every month if electronic funds transfers are made to or from your account during the month. In any case you will get a statement of your share account quarterly and your checking account monthly as long as your account is not dormant.

8. CONSUMER LIABILITY: You should tell the Credit Union AT ONCE if you believe your PIN is compromised or otherwise revealed. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. If you tell the Credit Union within two business days, you can lose no more than $50 if someone uses World Wide Branch without your permission.

If you do not tell the Credit Union within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your PIN, and the Credit Union can prove we could have stopped someone from accessing your accounts without your permission if you had given us notice, you could lose as much as $500. Additionally, you will lose all the money that is taken from your account before you notify us that another person no longer has authority to use your PIN.

If your periodic statement shows transfers that you did not make, tell the Credit Union AT ONCE. You must tell the Credit Union within 60 days after the periodic statement was mailed to you. Otherwise, you may lose any money removed from your account after the 60 days if the Credit Union can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had given us notice in time. Under these circumstances, you could lose all the money in your account plus your maximum overdraft protection, if applicable.

If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) keeps you from giving notice, the Credit Union may extend the time periods.

9. ERRORS OR QUESTIONS. Call or write the Credit Union at the telephone number and address appearing below as soon as you can if you think your periodic statement or receipt is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction listed on the periodic statement or receipt in order to assert an error. The Credit Union must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the first periodic statement on which the problem or error appeared. You must:

* Give the Credit Union your name, and the account number(s) of the account(s) involved.

* Describe the error or the transaction you are not sure about and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information.

* Give the Credit Union the dollar amount of the suspected error.

If you give the Credit Union oral notice, you will be required to send us your complaint or question in writing within ten business days.

After proper notification from you, the Credit Union will investigate the matter and tell you the results of the investigation within ten business days for established accounts or 20 business days for new accounts (accounts open 30 days or less, or if the error involves an electronic fund transfer to or from your account within 30 days of the first deposit to the account.) If the Credit Union needs more time, however, we may take up to 45 days (or 90 calendar days for POS or foreign transactions, or transactions made to a new account) to investigate your complaint or question. If the Credit Union decides to do this, we will recredit your account within ten business days (or 20 business days for a new account) for the amount which you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes the Credit Union to complete the investigation. If we do not receive your complaint or question in writing within ten business days, we may not recredit your account during the investigation.

If your account has been open for 30 days or less, the Credit Union will investigate the matter and tell you the results of the investigation within 20 business days, if the error involves an electronic fund transfer to or from your account within 30 days after the first deposit was made to the account. If the Credit Union needs more time, however, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question. If the Credit Union decides to do this, we will recredit your account within 20 business days for the amount which you think is in error.

If the Credit Union determines that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation within three business days after we complete the investigation. You may ask for copies of the documents the Credit Union used in the investigation.

10. STOPPING PAYMENT OF AUTOMATIC "ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS" FROM YOUR ACCOUNT(S): If you have told us in advance to make regular payments out of your account, you can stop any of these payments. You must call or write us at the telephone number or address appearing below in time for us to receive your request three business days or more before the payment is scheduled to be made. If you call, you will be required to put your request in writing and to get it to us within 14 calendar days.

If these regular payments vary in amount, the person you are going to pay will tell you ten days before each payment, when it will be made and how much it will be. You may choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that you set. If so, you must make the necessary arrangements with the person you are going to pay.

11. LIABILITY FOR FAILURE TO MAKE "ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS": If the Credit Union does not properly complete an "electronic fund transfer" involving your account on time or in the correct amount in accordance with the terms of this agreement, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. The Credit Union will not be liable for the following:

* If your account did not have enough money which was "available for use" to make the transfer. Money may not be available for use when, for example, you deposit funds in the form of a check. The money from the check may not be available for your use until the Credit Union receives the money from the financial institution on which the check was drawn.

* If a malfunction occurs or you improperly use World Wide Branch.

* If the Credit Union has terminated this agreement or the transaction would exceed your established overdraft protection, if applicable.

* When circumstances beyond the Credit Union's control interferes with or prevents the transaction, despite reasonable precautions taken by the Credit Union.

* When the Credit Union receives inaccurate or incomplete information needed to complete a transaction.

12. ACCOUNT INFORMATION DISCLOSURES: The Credit Union will disclose information to third parties about your account(s) or "electronic fund transfers" made to your account(s) only:

* Where it is necessary for completing transfers or investigating and resolving errors involving the transfers, or;

* In order to verify the existence and condition of your account for a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant, or the provider of the ATM, or;

* In order to comply with government agency or court orders, or;

* With your consent.

13. BUSINESS DAYS: Our business days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (E.S.T.), Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (E.S.T.). Holidays are not included.

14. VOLUNTARY TERMINATION: You can decide to discontinue using World Wide Branch and terminate this Contract. If you so notify us, we will take the necessary steps to make your accounts with the Credit Union no longer accessible by World Wide Branch.

15. AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION: We reserve the right to amend this disclosure in any manner at any time. If we do so, we will give you such advance notice thereof as we deem to be reasonable under the circumstances. You agree that we may amend or modify this disclosure without notice if an immediate change is necessary to maintain or restore the security of the system or any account. We also reserve the right to terminate this disclosure by sending a notice of such termination by first class mail to your last known address on our records.
